I'm Martin Webster and and I live in a small village near Lambourn on the Wiltshire/Berkshire border.

 I launched Positive Image in 2000 providing high quality fitness provision for individuals and small groups in and around the Lambourn, Hungerford, Marlborough and Newbury regions.

Unlike so many trainers, I firmly believe that life is for living and that means eating and drinking if you wish as well. No food is a sin – gluttony however is! A couple of biscuits are no problem if you generally eat healthily, exercise regularly to an appropriate level and of course, do not eat the rest of the packet in one sitting!

I can help you with all of these things. Believe me, I know what it is to be overweight (coming from a family of porkers, as my brother so delicately describes it) and so have empathy for all who strive for change, be it fat loss, muscle gain or just plain old, “getting fitter.”

I am an experienced therapist and trainer who works with clients of all shapes and sizes, from a wide range of backgrounds, of all levels of fitness, all with different reasons for wishing to improve their health and well-being and have provided massage and sports therapy at international and local sporting events, county shows and businesses along the M4 corridor.

I have successfully trained people from a wide range of abilities; semi-professional atheletes and amateur marathon runners to individuals who just want to lose a bit of weight or improve their physique or flexibility.

 I work in conjunction with consultants, physicians, osteopaths, chiropractors and physio-therapists.

I am fully qualified and carry full insurance and am DBS checked.
